Privacy policy

Pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), we inform that: 

  1. The administrator of your personal data is attorney-at-law dr Dominik Delczyk conducting business activity under the name Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego dr Dominik Delczyk, Szybka 1A m.7, 50-421 Wrocław, NIP: 9161405244, REGON: 524433680, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”. 
  2. Possible forms of contact with the Administrator are::

  1. Your personal data will be processed only for purposes related to the provision of legal assistance, in accordance with the principles listed in art. 5 GDPR and art. 5a, 5b, 5c of the Act of 6 July 1982 on attorneys-at-law (ustawa z dnia 6 lipca 1982 r. o radcach prawnych):
  • fulfillment of the Administrator’s obligations under the contract for the provision of legal assistance, in accordance with art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, 
  • fulfilling the obligations of the Administrator in the interest of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, 
  • fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, in accordance with art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR, 
  • pursuing claims arising from contracts concluded with you. 

and for the purposes indicated in the content of consents to the processing of personal data – if such consents were given (e.g. for the purposes of the recruitment process of employees or trainees).

  1. Providing personal data is voluntary. However, the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations of the Administrator in the provision of legal assistance or to carry out the recruitment process of employees or trainees.
  2. The Administrator will process your following data:
  • identification data (name, surname, PESEL, ID card number, passport number, tax identification number), 
  • contact details (e-mail address, telephone number, address of residence, address of registered office, address for correspondence),
  • data on the conducted business activity (in the case of its conduct),
  • data provided during the implementation of the contract concluded with the Administrator, in connection with the legal services provided, which will be protected by professional secrecy, 
  • data obtained from other persons during the performance of the contract (e.g. from a court bailiff, court, opposing party),
  • data made available to the Administrator in the Curriculum vitae.
  1. The recipient of your personal data are entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and processing entities providing services to the Administrator, i.e.:
  • entities dealing with accounting and accounting services as part of the Administrator’s business activity,
  • entities dealing with the operation of IT systems as part of the Administrator’s business activity,
  • entities cooperating with the Administrator, on which the provisions impose an obligation of secrecy, for the purposes of providing legal assistance services or employees of the Administrator, entrusted with the processing of personal data in writing and who are responsible for violation of the processing rules,
  • state institutions, authorities, public administration bodies, bodies performing public tasks (e.g. courts, court bailiffs, mediators, curators, tax control authorities), to the extent resulting from the contract or legal provision.
  1. The Administrator does not intend to transfer your personal data to a country outside the European Economic Area or to an international organization.
  2. Your data will be processed until the purpose of their processing ceases to exist in connection with the concluded contract for the provision of legal assistance or until the consent to processing is withdrawn, but no longer than until the claims arising from or related to the contract with the Administrator expire, as well as for the time required by the provisions of generally applicable law.
  3. The processing of personal data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR.
  4. In connection with data processing, you have the following rights:
  • the right to access data, in accordance with art. 24 par. 1 point 3 of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (ustawa z dnia 10 maja 2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych) and art. 15 GDPR,
  • the right to rectify data, in accordance with Article 24(1)(3) of the Personal Data Protection Office and Article 16 of the GDPR,
  • the right to delete data (“right to be forgotten”), in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR,
  • the right to limit data, in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR,
  • the right to transfer data, in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR,
  • the right to object to data processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.

In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, please contact the Administrator in one of the forms indicated in paragraph 2.

  1. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if he believes that the processing of his personal data violates the GDPR.
